Before your charity starts

Is the chart of accounts aligned with the National Center?

Yes. It follows the unified chart of accounts for civil associations issued by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector, with its exact numbers and names, and you can add sub-accounts.

Is zakat kept separate from other donations?

Yes. Zakat has its own separate account, and restricted net assets, unrestricted net assets and endowments are each kept in their place.

Does the system prevent duplicate aid to the same family?

Yes. It holds any repeat aid to the same family within the period the charity sets until a supervisor reviews it, and searches by ID and mobile across all branches.

Do donors get a report on their giving?

Yes. The impact report shows what the donor gave, the families it reached and photos from the campaigns, and is sent to them by email.

Do we need hardware or a server at the charity?

No. Najeed is in the cloud and runs in the browser and the mobile app, with no hardware, installation or maintenance on your side.

Who sets up the system for the charity?

Our team sets up and configures the system for you, and trains your team on the modules you use.

Is the charity's data kept separate?

Yes. Every charity has its own system, database and backups, with a backup taken every day.

Can we accept donations online?

Yes, with the charity store add-on: donation products at a fixed amount or one the donor chooses, monthly and gift giving, and payment by Paymob or bank transfer.
