Before you start
Is Subra compliant with e-invoicing?
Yes. It complies with phase one (generation) and phase two (integration with the Fatoora platform). Every invoice is submitted and cleared automatically, and the VAT return is ready to file.
Do I need hardware or a server in the office?
No. Subra is in the cloud and runs in the browser and the mobile app, with no hardware, installation or maintenance on your side.
Who sets up the system for us?
Our team sets up and configures the system for you, and trains your team on the modules you use.
Is our data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Every company has its own system, database and backups, with a backup taken every day.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. You start with the Subra 5 package and turn on any add-on later as your company needs it.
Does it support Arabic and English?
Every screen, report and printout is available in Arabic and English, and you switch with one click.
Can salespeople work offline?
Yes. With the van sales add-on, salespeople sell and record their visits on the road, and the system syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Does it connect to online stores?
Yes. It connects with Salla, Zid and Shopify: orders come in as sales orders, and stock updates automatically.
